Returns

Return Policy:  In accordance with standard uniform practices, we accept returned merchandise that has not been worn, washed or altered; all original tags must still be attached.  Returns made within 30 days of the original delivery of your order will be processed for a full refund or exchange.  (Orders placed between June 15 - August 30 may be returned by September 30th.)

Orders returned between 31 and 60 days of delivery may be returned for exchange only.  Returns will not be accepted for orders older than 60 days. 


Factory Damages are only accepted for exchange and will be replaced with the identical size and color items.   

 

Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges or 30 days to process a refund.

When returning any part of your order, you must enclose this exchange form.  It can be filled out interactively on your computer, printed out and enclosed with your order, or printed out and filled in by hand.  

To avoid delays with your exchanges or returns, be sure to follow the instructions on the form.  Returns will not be processed during on-campus sales.  Items brought for return to school sales will be packed for later processing at our distribution center.
